How much do you charge?  
NOTHING! All my services are FREE! There are no hidden fees, no booking fees, nothing. Being an independent travel consultant and a proud affiliate of Academy Travel allows me the opportunity to plan vacations for other families for FREE. I love what I do.

 

How do we set up a meeting?
We can meet anytime, anywhere with the help of technology!! You can contact me by using my e-mail address; gina.mills@mickeyvacations.com, my cell phone number; 585-750-8629 or filling out the contact form on my website.  You can also message me directly on my Facebook business page. We can communicate via e-mail, text, phone, zoom or even meet in person if you live nearby! Anything I can do to make this the most personable experience possible for you is my goal.

 

How do I book a package with you?
You can book a package through me via e-mail, phone or zoom! Various vacation packages require different deposits and we discuss different ways for payment during our initial conversations if you are interested in booking. 

 

What are payments like?
Once a deposit is made to lock in the package price, you can make as many payments as you like up until the final due date (typically 30 days prior to travel for Disney) but sometimes may vary depending on specific packages. If you book less than 30 days prior to travel, the entire package needs to be paid in full.

 

What if I need to cancel?
If you happen to need to cancel, first we will see if we can modify your travel dates and move you to a different time of year in the future. If that is not suitable to your needs, if it is prior to the final due date, most of the time you will receive a full refund depending on packages, restrictions and supplier.

 

Do you offer travel insurance?
Absolutely. I always offer my clients travel insurance and will provide you with a FREE quote, along with the quote of your vacation package.

 

Do you book dining reservations, Genie +, help with the app, memory maker and magical extras?
100%! I take care of all your dining reservation requests(subject to availability), memory maker, Genie+ purchase, magical extras and more! I am happy to recommend different dining options based on your preferences. It is my passion to plan and book everything you want and need so you can relax and make the most memories on your vacation.

 

Do you book airfare?
Currently, airfare is not included in Walt Disney World or Disneyland vacation packages. Airlines have many different cancellation policies that are out of my control. I am more than happy to research best options and provide you with suggestions to maximize your vacation time.

Do you book transportation from the airport to the resort and back?
I am also able to set up your transportation through a wonderful company, The SunShine Flyer, to your resort and back to the airport for Walt Disney World(Orlando) vacations. I am also able to assist with rental cars if needed.
